Peanut Butter and Chocolate Buckeyes or Cups
  • ¼ lb. Butter
  • 1½ Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 TSP. Vanilla
  • 1 lb. Powdered Sugar
  • 1 lb. Melting Chocolate Wafers
  1. Mix butter, Peanut Butter and Vanilla until Creamy
  2. Add Powdered Sugar a little at a time. If it becomes too stiff, Add 1 tablespoon more of Butter
  3. Roll into small balls.
  4. Put on Cookie Sheet lined with wax paper
  5. Put them in fridge or freezer to chill before adding chocolate to them
  6. Melt chocolate either in the mocrowave or on a double boiler... it's your choice
  7. Using a tooth pick, dip balls into the chocolate, being sure to leave part of the peanut butter ball showing for the EYE
